Buyer beware! I ordered an ornament it arrived broken. I contacted the seller for a refund. Their response was I should take it up with the postal service. I had to contact EBay to get a refund and then the seller left me a nasty message as well as blocking any future messages. The package had bubble wrap in it, but not tightly. I can see how it broke. Sellers response was, I should glue it. Not acceptable! Seller is responsible for getting the item to the buyer, not other way around.

This buyer was given a full refund and then left this negative feedback. If you see my feedback for shipping, they are all glowing reviews of how well packaged items are. This person was replacing the same ornament that they broke. I wouldn't be surprised if they just took a picture of their broken ornament to get a free replacement. As for the nasty message you be the judge - " As they say you reap what you sow. I am sure that this attitude will come back to you in spades in the new year."
